Your role matters too: Keep your vvjj login credentials confidential. Never share your password with anyone – our support team will never ask for it. Enable two-factor authentication for an extra layer of account security.
Data Retention
vvjj retains your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected, or as required by law. Our general retention guidelines are as follows:
- Active account data: Retained throughout the period your account remains active.
- Transaction and betting records: Retained for a minimum of 5 years following the date of the transaction, as required by our gaming licence and anti-money laundering obligations.
- KYC documents: Retained for 5 years from the date of account closure or the last transaction, whichever is later.
- Customer support correspondence: Retained for 3 years from the date of the last interaction.
- Marketing consent records: Retained for the duration of your consent, plus 3 years for legal compliance purposes.
When data is no longer required and there is no legal basis for continued retention, we securely delete or anonymise it. Anonymised data (where you can no longer be identified) may be retained indefinitely for statistical and analytical purposes.

We will respond to all valid data rights requests within 30 calendar days. In complex cases, we may extend this by an additional 30 days and will inform you of the reason for the extension. There is no charge for exercising your rights in most circumstances.
Children's Privacy
The vvjj platform is strictly intended for adults aged 21 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 21 years of age. If we discover that we have inadvertently collected data from an underage individual, we will immediately close the account, return any deposited funds (net of bonuses), and permanently delete the associated personal data.
If you believe that a minor has registered on the vvjj platform, please notify us immediately at support@vvjj.app. We take this matter very seriously and will act promptly on all reports.
