Know Your Rights at vvjj

By accessing, registering, or using any part of the vvjj platform at vvjj.app, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. These Terms apply to all users of the vvjj website and services, including sports betting, live casino, slots, and any other product or feature offered on the platform.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not use the vvjj platform. Continued use of the platform after any updates to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version. We recommend checking this page periodically so you're always up to date.

To use the vvjj platform, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be located in a jurisdiction where accessing online gambling and gaming services is legal.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion program, whether through vvjj or any other gaming operator.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or agent of vvjj or any of its affiliated entities.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.

vvjj reserves the right to request proof of age or identity at any time. If a player is found to have registered while underage, any winnings will be forfeited, the account will be closed, and all deposited funds will be returned net of any bonuses received.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account on the vvjj platform. Registering multiple accounts – whether using different email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods – is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances.

Registration Requirements

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and confidential.
• You must notify vvjj immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• vvjj will never ask for your password by email, chat, or phone.

Identity Verification (KYC)

As part of our compliance obligations, vvjj may request identity verification documents at any stage. This typically includes a valid government-issued ID (such as a Philippine passport, driver's licence, or SSS/UMID card) and proof of payment method. Verification is required before first withdrawal on most accounts. Failure to provide documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restrictions.

All transactions on the vvjj platform are conducted in Philippine Pesos (₱). The following deposit methods are currently accepted:

• GCash
• Maya (formerly PayMaya)
• GrabPay
• Coins.ph
• BDO, BPI, UnionBank online banking
• InstaPay and PESONet bank transfers
• Visa and Mastercard debit/credit cards

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. vvjj does not charge any fees for deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees. Deposits are credited to your account balance in real time in most cases.

All funds deposited must come from payment methods registered in the account holder's own name. Third-party deposits – where the payment is made by someone other than the registered account holder – are not accepted and may result in account suspension and refund of the deposit.

Players may withdraw available funds from their vvjj account at any time, subject to identity verification being complete and no pending investigations on the account. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.

Processing Times

• GCash / Maya: Typically processed within minutes during business hours.
• InstaPay bank transfers: Usually within 1–3 hours on banking days.
• PESONet: Processing within the same business day if submitted before cut-off time.
• Visa / Mastercard: 3–5 business days depending on your issuing bank.

vvjj does not charge withdrawal fees from our side. Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the vvjj account. We reserve the right to request additional verification before processing large withdrawals.

vvjj regularly offers bonuses, cashback deals, reload promotions, and odds boosts to both new and existing players. All promotional offers are subject to the specific terms outlined in that promotion as well as the general rules below.

General Bonus Rules

• All bonuses have a wagering requirement that must be completed before bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific requirement is stated on each promotion.
• Bonuses are issued to individual accounts only and cannot be transferred to another player.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, and per IP address.
• Bonus abuse – including creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly – will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.
• vvjj reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.
• Certain games may contribute differently (or not at all) toward wagering requirements. This is outlined in the specific bonus terms.

If vvjj suspects a bonus is being exploited through systematic low-risk betting patterns (e.g., hedging bets or arbitrage), we reserve the right to void the bonus and associated winnings.

The following rules apply to all sports betting markets on the vvjj platform. These are designed to ensure fair and consistent outcomes for all players.

• Bets are accepted only when the vvjj system confirms the transaction with a bet reference number. No bet confirmation means no bet was placed.
• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed unless the specific market allows cash-out.
• In the event of a postponed game, bets are void if the event does not commence within 12 hours of the scheduled start time, unless stated otherwise in the specific market rules.
• For in-play (live) betting, vvjj reserves the right to suspend markets at any time without prior notice.
• If an obvious pricing error occurs and results in incorrectly high odds being offered, vvjj reserves the right to void affected bets. Players who identify pricing errors must not exploit them; doing so is considered abuse.
• Minimum single bet: ₱50. Maximum bet limits vary by market and event and are displayed at the time of bet placement.

Sports-specific rules (football, basketball, MMA, esports, etc.) are available in the Rules section of each sport category on the vvjj platform.

Live casino games on vvjj are provided by third-party licensed game studios. The rules of each game are governed by the provider and are displayed within the game interface. By participating in live casino games, players acknowledge that:

• Live game results are determined by real physical events (card shuffles, wheel spins, dice rolls) and are final.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live game, vvjj and the game provider will use available logs to determine the outcome. The recorded result is binding.
• Technical malfunctions that affect game outcomes are rare but may result in bets being voided. vvjj will communicate such events to affected players.
• The minimum bet per hand or round is ₱50 unless otherwise indicated on the specific table.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the vvjj platform. Violations may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable.

• Fraud and money laundering: Using the platform to launder money or conduct any financial fraud is a criminal offence. vvjj cooperates fully with law enforcement and regulatory authorities.
• Match-fixing or corruption: Betting based on inside knowledge of fixed sporting outcomes is illegal and prohibited.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage, particularly in casino games.
• Bonus abuse: Systematic exploitation of promotions through multiple accounts or structured low-risk play patterns.
• Automated betting tools: Using bots, scripts, or software to automate the placing of bets on the platform.
• Exploitation of technical errors: Knowingly taking advantage of website bugs, pricing errors, or system faults.
• Chargebacks: Initiating unjustified payment disputes or chargebacks with your payment provider after funds have been used on the platform.

vvjj reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, if there is reason to believe that:

• The account holder has breached any of these Terms and Conditions.
• The account is being used for prohibited conduct as outlined in Section 9.
• The account holder has provided false or misleading registration information.
• There are concerns relating to problem gambling or player welfare.
• Regulatory or legal obligations require us to do so.

Where an account is closed due to a player's own request (self-exclusion or voluntary closure), any remaining real-money balance will be refunded to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe after identity verification is complete. Bonus funds and bonus-derived winnings are forfeited upon voluntary closure.

vvjj is committed to promoting safe and responsible gaming practices. We understand that for most players, online gaming is a form of entertainment. However, we also recognise that some individuals may develop problematic gambling behaviours, and we take our duty of care seriously.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all vvjj account holders:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on how much you can deposit.
• Session time reminders: Receive notifications when you've been active on the platform for a set duration.
• Cooling-off period: Temporarily restrict your account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-exclusion: Close your account for a minimum of 6 months. During self-exclusion, vvjj will make reasonable efforts to prevent new account registrations from the same person.

vvjj collects and processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). By using the platform, you acknowledge that vvjj may collect personal data including your name, contact details, date of birth, payment information, and betting activity.

• Operate and maintain your account.
• Verify your identity (KYC compliance).

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any content from the vvjj platform without prior written permission. Unauthorised use of any vvjj intellectual property may result in legal action.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, vvjj shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings arising from the use of the platform.
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses resulting from platform downtime, technical errors, or connectivity issues.
• Losses caused by your failure to keep your account credentials secure.
• Losses resulting from your reliance on information displayed on the platform that was later found to be inaccurate due to a technical error.

Nothing in these Terms limits vvjj's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

vvjj reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify registered players via email or an on-platform notification.

Your continued use of the vvjj platform after any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you should stop using the platform and contact our support team to arrange account closure and withdrawal of any remaining balance.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which vvjj is licensed to operate. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be referred to the vvjj customer support team for resolution through our internal complaints procedure.

If a dispute cannot be resolved internally within a reasonable timeframe, it may be referred to the relevant licensing authority or an independent dispute resolution body as specified in our licensing conditions. We are committed to resolving all player complaints fairly and transparently.

For players in the Philippines, any legal proceedings not resolved through the above process shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate Philippine courts.
